Yes, I head about the derailment. I was wondering that day on why the line 3 tram was destined for Mitcham Junction

2550 has appeared with a new all-over advert for TFL Tram Safety. The advert is yellow with the slogan "Watching out for trams doesn't hurt you" EDIT: You can view the advert for 2550 here: www.britishtramsonline.co.uk/news/?p=10076I personally really like the Yellow they've used for this advert

2531, the black McMillan Williams tram with that horrible livery, now has the new LED lights, this just leaves 2530, 2537 and 2545 with the original front lights

No service between East Croydon and Reeves Corner March 28th to April 13th.
Presumably the Elmers End service will have to finish early evening to allow trams to be berthed?

Therapia Lane is preparing for 2560-2564 to arrive. I saw something saying "Travelling on Wednesday or Thursday morning? Sorry but your tram may arrive slightly later as the depot is being made ready for new trams. Please allow extra time for your journey" at East Croydon on Tuesday

On Wednesday or Thursday morning, they were doing surveys at Arena Tram Stop to increase frequency and of the people doing it said they need 2,000 signatures to speak to tfl about and they've got 1,900 already not sure how true this is though.

Tram today at Lebanon Road around 4:00 broke down and held traffic for about 10 mins. Quite interesting seeing bus drivers trying to reverse out of the stop.

That explains the queue of buses I saw on Addiscombe Road going away from Croydon, while I was coming out of Park Hill Road. It might explain why I also saw two T33s at the Whitgift Centre stop and another just approaching it. All were heading towards Addington Village

TfL have a consultation report on the proposed Dingwall Loop options. Looks like option 1 is the preferred option but TfL will consult again later this year before seeking TWAO powers in Autumn 2015. Even if granted the loop won't open until 2019.
