Understand your point but going by previous examples when it was the time when Hybrid buses were new, TFL gradually introduced them. The same should happen with full electric imo. IIRC it was the 29 having the 1st full alloc in 2013? The 3 was the first route to have a full allocation in 2011 with 2414-2437 I think the 27 was also in 2013 aswell.

You know how TFL have a target for 100% ZE by 2030 (2034 latest), do the operators outside London have similar dates?

The contract for the 86 started last year as you already probably are aware and NS is not even wired up yet. I just passed LI on the 308 and the whole 86 batch is sitting there gathering dust.

This is only if possible but Stagecoach or other operators could send them to Garages already wired up?

This is only if possible but Stagecoach or other operators could send them to Garages already wired up? I am sure you are aware most companies are in exactly the same predicament as Stagecoach! I really can't ever see such a situation where a company would loan its new electric buses to other companies.
What might happen in the future is buses used on other routes temporarily like the W5 examples being used on the 124.

This is only if possible but Stagecoach or other operators could send them to Garages already wired up? They could, but it's not really that practical. The company would need enough chargers to run an additional fleet of 30+ electrics. They'd also have the expense of type training enough drivers to drive the electric buses that may only be there for a few months. They would then have to find enough space and pay to store 30+ vehicles released by the temporary allocation of electrics for a few months. It's probably best to wait for the infrastructure to be ready at NS

When a route is confirmed to be operated with electric buses for the new contract, how long after does the garage infrastructure works start and how long do they take to complete?

When a route is confirmed to be operated with electric buses for the new contract, how long after does the garage infrastructure works start and how long do they take to complete? There is no definitive answer for this - it really depends on the garage itself and how complicated it is to connect to the grid as well as if the people who do the connecting don't have a bunch of clients also waiting for similar works to take place.
