Good looking proposal. The back street Glenburnie Road looks interesting.

Good looking proposal. The back street Glenburnie Road looks interesting. I agree. It's nice to see an actual good proposal for a route extension which has a lot of scope to be quite successful.

Doesn’t the G1 still serve the Springfield hospital, I know access is closed untill June and G1 does go inside the hospital premise, does this warrant another route going there?

I really like the look of this extension for 315. I imagine it could be a more popular connection, than the G1, to the tube from Springfield Hospital.
Nice to see the BSL engagement in the consultation page as well

I'm mostly in favour of this though I do think it's a little wasteful to simply run direct via Balham High Road rather than take the opportunity to bring one or two other back roads into the equation.

If I were to toot my horn, not dissimilar to an idea I had involving 255 via Springfield Hospital to Wandsworth, though in this case using 315 instead.
Plugs the gap and serves new roads between the corridor and the hospital, so an improvement for the areas with a new service.
I am disappointed (though not surprised) it's frequency isn't being improved, the route had it's patronage fall consistently ever since 2016 whereabout Stockwell (SW) were disastrous on it with 45 minute gaps being normal at the time. I also do have lingering thoughts from the Peabody consultation of what could've been a Streatham link from my local community centre which would double as a useful alternative to the very questionable reliability of 322.

I would imagine alot of people in the new Springfield development have probably rented in the Balham area or have a desire to live in the Balham/Clapham area but their budgets wouldn't allow it and they will be travelling socially to Balham and will male use of the link.

Still, there is a lot right with the idea in general so I won’t be too hard on them

May have been the old 115 route. Moz

The G1’s frequency is (understandably) pathetic, so the 315 should hopefully help local people and hospital visitors in that regard. I’ve been in Clapham South and Wandsworth Common a few times and unable to use the G1 as the next bus being 24 minutes away makes the 155 or 319 faster even with traffic and crowding.
